Lead Carpenter 1099 for Deck Builder

We are a top-rated deck builder and need one more lead carpenter. Must have your own tools and transportation. Clean license. Non smoker and no personal problems that will keep you from working Monday through Friday eight hours a day. We are top quality and keep our guys busy all year round. We pay hourly ($30-37/hour for leads with several bonus incentives) and will start this person with another Lead and his team to get you familiarized with our culture and procedures.
