Location: Denver Metro Area
Compensation: Performance-Based – Up to $60/hr
Nature’s Carpet Lawn & Sprinkler is hiring experienced Lawn & Sprinkler Technicians for the busy season. We serve customers across the Denver metro area, and offer part-time and full-time positions with flexible scheduling. We operate 7 days a week during peak months, so there’s plenty of opportunity to stay busy and earn strong pay. Paid weekly via direct deposit.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for residential sprinkler and lawn care services, with a focus on technical skill and efficiency. Duties include:
Sprinkler system diagnostics and repairs
Backflow preventer repairs and manifold rebuilds
Lawn aeration services
Applying weed control treatments (general use herbicides)
Identifying and treating lawn diseases
Note: We do not offer lawn mowing services. Our focus is on technical lawn care and irrigation systems.
Work Truck Perk:
If you have a secure and safe place to park a work truck, you may take the vehicle home at night and start and end your day from your own home.
Requirements:
Proven experience with sprinkler systems and irrigation repairs
Skilled in backflow repair and manifold rebuilds
Experience with aeration, weed control, and diagnosing lawn health issues
Self-starter with strong time management
Comfortable using mobile apps and scheduling tools (Jobber experience is a plus)
Must have a smartphone with an unlimited data plan
Reliable transportation and basic tools (if not using company vehicle)
Clean driving record: No at-fault accidents, tickets, or DUIs in the past 3 years
Compensation:
Earn 25% of job totals, with top performers averaging up to $60/hour based on efficiency.
