Laborer and Carpenter Assistant Needed in Broomfield

Colorado Home Remodeling is searching for a job site assistant, laborer, and carpenter helper for an extensive remodel in Broomfield. Its necessary that the candidate live close to or in broomfield. (Within 15 minutes of the Intersection Listed Below). Many of us on the team live fairly far away, and we need a convenient team member who can respond to the property sometimes at odd hours within 15 minutes, make store trips and supply trips, secure the property, and help members on our team, and do odd labor tasks around the job site, such as demo, clean up, lifting, measuring, cutting, nailing, organizing, helping various installers, good communicator, and creating a good rapport with the crew and with the customers. The candidate should have knowledge of basic carpentry skills, and the ability to be safe on a job site. At least 2 years of remodeling experience is encouraged. The candidate will need a vehicle in which to transport small to medium supply loads, that can fit in a car, and they will need work boots, gloves, safety glasses, a pencil, tape measure, and a hammer. 2 References are also required and a criminal background check will be performed. This is a Part-Time Contract W9 Position, that could lead to work at other job sites. This position at this job site would likely lead to 200 or more hours of work at this location.
