Job Overview:
Mitchell Heating is seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Warranty Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch service and has experience with HVAC systems. As an HVAC Warranty Technician, you’ll handle warranty-related service calls, perform diagnostics, repair equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role includes assisting with the delivery of equipment and supporting trim and construction punch list items as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to warranty service calls in a timely and professional manner.
-Diagnose and repair HVAC systems covered under warranty, including troubleshooting equipment and identifying any additional issues.
-Assist with delivering HVAC equipment to job sites and provide support with trim and construction punch list items.
-Maintain clear and accurate service records, including parts used and services performed.
-Communicate with the customer to explain repairs and warranty coverage, providing a high level of customer service.
-Follow company protocols for parts ordering and warranty claims processing.
-Collaborate with the internal team to improve warranty service efficiency.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in HVAC preferred.
-Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience, with a focus on warranty or service repairs.
-Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
-Willingness to assist with equipment delivery and construction punch items.
-Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
-Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain thorough service records.
-Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
