Technicians must possess the ability to manage each job independently to completion. Our customers are primarily commercial and require very little after-hour and weekend calls.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 5-7+ Years of Commercial HVAC Repair, Service and Retrofit
- Troubleshoot and repair 2 to 15 Ton Units and all Commercial Equipment
- Heat Pump Experience Required
- Service, Repair, and Installation of Mechanical Equipment
- Electrical/Electronic Troubleshooting
- Plumbing Experience as Related to HVAC
- Refrigeration Experience
- Evaluate systems and identify areas for improvements.
- Ability to work independently
- Maintain accurate records of time and materials for each job.
- Provide exceptional customer service!
