We’re building high-end off-grid trailers, shipping container power systems, and mobile energy rigs. Projects are in motion. We need someone who can step in, take direction, and execute — no chaos, no games.
Ideal Fit:
Solid understanding of solar wiring, battery banks, inverters (Victron, OutBack, etc.)
Comfortable with both DC and AC systems
Able to read a diagram and think critically
Shows up when they say they will
Mature energy, easy to work with, no micromanagement needed

YouTube engineers
Drama, ego, or inconsistency
