Now Hiring: Experienced Carpenter (1099) – Framing & Deck Construction
We are a well-established residential construction company looking for an experienced carpenter for framing and deck-building work on a 1099 contract basis. Ideal candidates are dependable, skilled, and professional, with a strong focus on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in framing and/or deck construction
Ability to take instructions, take accurate measurements, and work independently
Own basic hand and power tools
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (clean record)
Basic English-speaking ability
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Customer-oriented attitude and professionalism when interacting with homeowners
Team player who works well with others on the job site
