Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Construction Technician to join our team to provide "handyman services" for
our most important clients. As a Construction Technician, you will be making construction repairs, ensuring
quality control and compliance with contract specifications. Your expertise in roofing, siding, paint, welding,
general carpentry, masonry, concrete forming, and construction repairs will be crucial in maintaining high
standards of quality and safety. More trade experience will be rewarded with higher pay and we will provide
training for advancing your skills. Superior attitude, customer service, and attention to detail required.
Compensation
Hourly rate: $25.00 - $35.00 depending on experience
Opportunity to earn $75K - $100K per year with overtime and bonuses

Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of commercial and multifamily buildings and premises for repair
Perform interior repairs such as painting, drywall repair, wood repairs, and minor electrical, plumbing
and HVAC
Perform exterior repairs such as roofing, siding, trim, fascia, stucco, masonry, windows, garbage
dumpsters, concrete, asphalt and other miscellaneous repairs.
Maintain accurate records of test results, inspections, and other relevant documentation
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams regarding proper building techniques
Requirements
Previous experience in a construction setting/trade is preferred
Bi-lingual is preferred
Strong knowledge of roofing, exterior commercial repair,, concrete forming, and construction repair
techniques
Ability to read and follow repairs bids and occasionally, plans and specifications
Proficient in managing schedules, performing work tickets, analysis, and reporting
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or defects
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting heavy objects or working in challenging environments
