We are seeking an experienced (1+ years) Estimator for Commercial Roofing Systems
The ideal candidate should have the following capabilities, but are not limited to:
Ability to read plans and specifications both in hard copy and digital formats
Understand commercial roof system designs to include; ModBit, TPO, PVC, EPDM, Metal and coatings. Flat and Steep Sloped Roofs.
Ability to create Schedules of Value and be able to track project performance and initiate recovery efforts when delays or change orders dictate
Regularly communicate with management regarding all assigned projects
Effective communication with GCs, Owners Project Managers and D7 Team
