You'll be a crucial part of ensuring our robust inventory is accurate and organized, directly contributing to our success and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
As our Inventory Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our parts management, responsible for:
Precise Data Entry: Inputting all dismantled parts into our Checkmate inventory system.
Part Preparation: Printing and securely tagging each part, followed by a final wash and inspection before shelving.
Vehicle Part Listing: Creating detailed parts lists for each vehicle as it's disassembled.
Inventory Accuracy: Verifying and adjusting inventory levels to maintain precision.
Customer Support: Occasionally covering the front counter or phone to assist customers.
Who We're Looking For:
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail is essential for accurate inventory management.
Automotive Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive systems and parts.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with Checkmate, BidMate, and other Car-Part software is a significant plus!
Subaru Enthusiast: Prior Subaru experience is a definite advantage, though not strictly required if you're eager to learn.
Bilingual Bonus: Fluent in Spanish? That's a big plus for our diverse customer base!
What We Offer:
Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week. $19-$22/hr
Great Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. No nights or weekends!
