Maintenance Technician Contractor (Denver and Castle Rock, CO)
As a Maintenance Technician contractor with Greyter, you're highly motivated and skilled at delivering a world-class customer experience through the commissioning and maintaining of our award winning Greyter HOME water recycling solution. Success is measured by your ability to complete maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately, communicate with Greyter's Service Coordinator, plumbers and builders and ultimately delivering a world-class customer experience at every interaction.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
Completing scheduled maintenance services in compliance with company procedures and standards.
Entering all service notes and photos into Field Service mobile app.
Document and summarize within site visit report the completed work as well as suggested follow up items.
Offer remote commissioning, service and maintenance support when called upon.
Being accountable to your performance metrics and taking proactive steps to improve them against personal and company standards.
Training
Product orientation/training provided by Greyter
Participate in training sessions; coaching sessions from technical services team and members of the senior leadership team.
Preparing for and actively participating in performance reviews.
Staying current with the newest releases of products, parts and technical bulletin and staying aware of changes and complying with all new and existing standard operating procedures
Operations
Always adhering to the company dress code and following the company code of conduct.
Reporting any damage or repair requests to the Service Manager immediately when noticed.
Ensuring that inventory is accurate and matches against system records.
Ensuring that your inventory replenishments are received, as well as completing warranty part returns.
Minimizing mistakes and taking responsibility and action when and if they happen.
Participating in bi-weekly team meeting’s where positive and constructive feedback will be the focus.
Adhering to company operating procedures at all times.
