IT SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN:
Local Denver IT company serving Denver for nearly three decades is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Technician. This is position is primarily a work from home position and requires a minimum of 5 years of IT support experience. We are seeking someone who enjoys supporting clients and willing to step in from time to time with an onsite project. Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written) as well as the technical skills to support Microsoft Windows environments (on premise, Azure and Office 365), mobile devices such as iOS and Android and BYOD’s. Candidate must have a strong Office 365 knowledge and be willing to learn a variety of other Cloud and or on-premises applications. The ideal candidate will be able to support client environments of varying complexity and have solid IP and network trouble shooting skills.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
Providing remote support from your home office location in the Denver Front Range.
Quiet and stable work environment including high-speed internet a must have.
Log and track tickets, resolutions, time, configurations, and client information with RMM.
Document resolutions and develop documentation for common problems and tasks.
Manage and support a variety of applications including Microsoft Office/Office 365, and a variety of Line of Business applications.
Provide remote troubleshooting of computers, printers, and monitors.
Support Remote Access via VPN, Remote Desktop, Citrix, and other means.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Friendly presence and helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills with outstanding problem solving and customer support skills.
Self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile to make sure it’s done right.
Know when to make a call rather than send an email.
Manage time in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
MUST have Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Office 365, Azure and other Cloud-based services, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, desktop hardware, Exchange and SMTP, Backup software.
Ability to configure and support mobile devices including iOS and Android.
Relative certifications are a strong plus but not required with adequate experience.
This is a full time, salary position. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications $75-150k
