Key Responsibilities:
Perform expert brow shaping, grooming, tinting, and styling services tailored to each client's unique facial features and preferences.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns, goals, and preferences, and recommend customized treatment plans accordingly.
Administer a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion, using advanced techniques and high-quality products to achieve optimal results.
Educate clients on proper skincare regimens and recommend products to maintain and enhance the results of their treatments.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, personalized care, and expert advice.
Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in brow artistry and skincare to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Valid esthetician license issued by the state regulatory board.
Proven experience as a Brow Artist and Esthetician, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in brow shaping, grooming, and tinting techniques, with a keen eye for detail and symmetry.
Expertise in administering a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide personalized consultations and build rapport with clients.
