If you are interested, please apply here.Job Location:Aurora, CO Responsibilities:Represent PeopleReady in assigned territory, accounts, or verticals to satisfy all customer staffing needsEngage with local branch teams to ensure that our customers’ orders are filled with the talent they needAssist local Branch Managers with penetration and retention selling for existing customersClose orders and ensure proper documentation is completeEnsure sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development. Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitabilityEnsure all channels of communication are leveraged to drive seamless results and to build strong relationships – both internally and externallyEmbrace the Counselor Sales Process (CSP) as a selling methodologyPerform additional responsibilities as requiredQualifications:3+ years related sales experience; Bachelor’s, associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and experienceManaged a sales portfolio of at least $2.5M per annumSales experience in one or more blue-collar vertical marketsFunctional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulationsStrong communication skills and the gift of persuasionProficient in using MS Office, Excel and PowerPointBilingual language skills a plusValid driver’s licensePossess additional qualifications as neededSalary Range:$46,097 - $64,507 base salary to start plus uncapped quarterly commission.Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.Benefits and Well-Being: We offer a competitive benefits package, including 6 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday and up to 20 days of Paid Time Off per year, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, in addition to other programs and perks.
