Position Overview:
We are looking for a part-time Sales Representative to join our team. In this client-facing role, you’ll guide customers through the countertop selection and installation process, from first contact to final delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, understands design and construction, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking countertop solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with homeowners, designers, contractors, and builders
- Managing the sales process from initial inquiry through project completion
- Conducting in-home and virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend solutions
- Preparing and presenting detailed estimates and proposals
- Collaborating with the design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven sales experience; experience in construction, home improvement, or design is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects at once
- Familiarity with countertop materials and design trends preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
