We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused Sales and Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while still playing a crucial role in our operations. The only time you'll need to be in the field is for occasional onsite surveys, allowing you to balance the convenience of remote work with the opportunity to engage directly with clients.
Job Summary:
The Sales and Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling sales inquiries, and overseeing our company’s online presence. This is a critical role that combines customer service, sales support, and marketing to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Social Media Management:
Manage our social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Threads.
- Website and Blog Updates:
Maintain and update our website content and blog, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Google My Business:
Handle all aspects of our Google My Business page, including reviews, photos, and business information.
- Customer Service:
Answer incoming sales, customer service, and existing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Lead Management:
Follow up on incoming leads, conduct onsite surveys as needed, and convert leads into scheduled moves.
-Third-Party Platforms Request:
Manage inquiries and leads from third-party services.
Qualifications:
