As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

DETAILS

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and generating revenue. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by cold calling , site visits, drop in’s, and maintaining existing relationships to achieve sales goals. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires someone to be outgoing , fun , open , with excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out and engage potential customers to promote our services and company.

- Actively work closely with our current list of clients to chase new work or projects

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Present, promote, and sell our services to prospective clients.

- Build and collaborate with an each division and other sales team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in Landscape Construction and/ or maintenance

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients.

- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
