We are seeking enthusiastic Jr Roofing Sales Reps to join our team of ambitious dynamos. As a Junior Roofing Sales rep, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals and other job prospecting. Door-to-door canvassing is not easy, and it is certainly not for everyone but if you are up for the challenge, committed to personal and professional development and put in the work, the personal and financial rewards of this position can be life-changing.

Additionally, you must like working in the great outdoors, be brave and skilled enough to scale roofs for roof inspections, be coordinated enough to wield a ladder and enjoy educating and fostering great relationships with homeowners.

Competitive Pay – At Bumble Roofing of Denver South, you will be given the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and base pay. Commissions earned are based on a percentage of the profit of a signed contract. Driven individuals can make $50-150K within their first year.

What You’ll Do:

Self-generate leads and prospect for new business opportunities.

Go door-to-door, engage with homeowners, and discuss potential hail damage or interest in solar energy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients, including contractors, property managers, realtors and homeowners.

Conduct free no-obligation on-site inspections and provide the homeowner with photo documentation of existing damage (if there is existing damage).

Manage time, track and record productivity daily.

Attend all company employee trainings and meetings.

Represent the Bumble Roofing of Denver South brand with professionalism, confidence and kindness, meeting our company’s personal code of conduct policy and dress code at all times.

Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor, as you are the first point of contact for homeowners.

Work Tuesday–Saturday.

Requirements:

o Strong people skills – You’re comfortable starting conversations with strangers.

o Self-motivated – You set goals and push yourself to hit them.

o Resilient – You don’t get discouraged by a few "no’s".

o Available to work afternoons, evenings, & Saturdays.

o Able to walk and stand for extended periods.

o Utilize effective time management skills.

o Strong work ethic toward accomplishing goals and ability to work in a team environment.

o Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
