Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Develop Leads: Identify, engage, and build relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other clinical organizations.
- Product Presentation: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of Leger, including its AI-powered transcription, secure note management, and ease-of-use in clinical settings.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Leger, tailor presentations to various specialties, and achieve sales targets.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Leverage your experience in healthcare and related fields to connect with potential clients and industry influencers.
- Market Feedback: Gather and relay insights from the field to help inform product enhancements and future marketing strategies.
- Commission-Based Revenue: Drive your earnings based on successful sales, with a competitive commission structure that rewards performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in healthcare, therapy, psychiatry, counseling, social work, or similar fields, with a solid understanding of the challenges in clinical documentation.
- Prior sales experience, particularly in a commission-based role, is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical features in a clear, compelling manner.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and EHR systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule while maintaining a high level of accountability.
