Coaching Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities
-The essential role of a Coaching Sales Representative is to call our customers and perform a coaching strategy session to find qualified, capable and ready to go candidates to join our Certification & Business Builder Coaching Program.
-Your role will be to consistently meet and exceed the agreed upon monthly coaching enrollment goals along with a monthly expectation of agreed upon down sells and cross sells.
-This position can be a virtual sales role so you will work from your home office and have the freedom to implement the pre-agreed upon sales objective. You must follow the framework of our script and follow our sales best practice guidelines in order to optimize your results while staying compliant with all rules and regulations.
-You should maintain accurate records of your sales activities and statistics by being diligent in updating records in our CRM.
-You will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and email qualified prospects in order to sell our certification and coaching programs along with other company products.
-This is a “dial out” role in addition to handling inbound strategy calls that are scheduled on your calendar, with the goal of converting those calls into certification, coaching and other downsell or cross sell sales.
-You will build a sales pipeline and maintain customer relationships.
-Some travel may be required to sell at company live events.
-Other duties or special projects that may be assigned by the Coaching Team Sales Manager
Qualifications
-A minimum of 6 years recent sales experience with an emphasis on telephone selling and a well documented top producer status; preferably in an inside sales environment using both inbound and outbound calling techniques.
-A demonstrated ability to effectively work as a team with other members of the Coaching Program Team and various other departments within the company to achieve individual, departmental and company goals.
-You will need an acceptable modern computer, a high speed internet connection and the computer skills to work inside our CRM.
-You should have a personal expectation to and will be expected to follow all company policies and procedures.
-You will need the ability to build rapport and be able to correspond with people from all walks of life. This position calls for the ability to effectively communicate with all types of people.
-The ability to follow instructions from written, verbal or in diagram form.
-The self discipline and ability to work from home.
