Duties
The primary duty of an Account executive and account openers is to connect with each customer by providing appropriate rare and unique collectible coin stories and information. This includes but is not limited to advising customers on desired products to add to their collections, researching client's requests as well as helping them put together a world class coin collection.
Qualifications
Must have minimum high school diploma. Additional education preferred
2+ years of sales experience preferred and/or Call Center experience preferred, but not required
Knowledge of sales presentation and closing strategies
