Christopher’s Dodge Ram in Golden is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team!

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);

- Must be at least nineteen years of age.

- Valid Colorado Driver’s License;

- State of Colorado Auto Industry Salesperson License

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals;

- Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure;

- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form;

- Ability to solve practical problems;

- Ability to use mobile applications;

- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background, driving, and drug);

- Prior Automotive Sales Experience preferred

Responsibilities:

- Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month;

- Write and complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies;

- Communicate and follow-up effectively with customers and prospects;

- Keep up-to-date on new products and services within the industry;

- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot;

- Dress and behave in a professional manner at all times;

- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;

- Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction;

- Attend training courses as requested by management;

- Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws, which govern retail automobile sales;

- Clean snow off vehicles when necessary;

- Other duties as required.

Benefits:

- Compensation: $59,000 - $144,000 annually (wage is calculated based on commission sales volume achieved);
