About the Role:
We are a fast-growing real estate team looking for a motivated and articulate Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to help us generate new leads and schedule qualified seller appointments. This is a performance-based role ideal for someone who enjoys phone sales, working independently, and contributing to real results.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided scripts and call lists
Introduce our services and gauge seller motivation
Ask qualifying questions to determine interest and fit
Schedule appointments for our acquisitions or agent team
Update lead information accurately in our CRM
Follow up with warm leads as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or real estate lead generation
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
Able to follow scripts while adjusting to conversations naturally
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRMs and dialers (e.g., Mojo, CallTools, REsimpli)
Quiet workspace and strong internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate (wholesaling, investing, FSBOs, expired listings, etc.)
Familiarity with U.S. housing markets
Spanish-speaking is a plus
Compensation Structure:
Pay-per-appointment: $20–$50 for every qualified, confirmed seller appointment
Performance reviews with opportunities to increase earnings
Schedule:
Flexible hours (Daytime Availability)
Must be able to make a minimum number of calls per day (e.g., 100–150)
