Position Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and financial oversight of the airpark. Reporting directly to the owners, the Manager ensures high standards across facilities, safety, and tenant relations while maintaining regulatory and policy compliance. This is an on-site position based at the airpark.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
● Oversee daily operations of the airpark, including facilities, grounds, tenant relations, and service providers.
● Manage leasing for hangars, tiedowns, and other property areas, including marketing vacancies, tenant screening, and lease administration.
● Enforce lease agreements, airpark rules, and ensure compliance with all regulatory, insurance, and safety requirements.
● Maintain regular communication with tenants, owners, vendors, and local authorities.
● Monitor property finances; assist with budgeting, rent collection, and operating expense management.
● Identify opportunities to improve service, safety, and community satisfaction.
● Support future growth initiatives and strategic projects as directed by ownership.
Qualifications
● Minimum 3–5 years experience in property or facilities management (aviation, commercial, or similar).
● Background in aviation property, airport, or FBO management strongly valued.
● Familiarity with facility management software or operations management platforms (such as OPMS or similar).
● Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
● On-site daily presence required.
● Valid driver’s license.

Platte Valley Airpark (FAA: 18V) is a privately owned public-use airpark just 40 miles northeast of Denver. Platte Valley Airpark has two runways, multiple hangars and other rentable structures, a fixed-base operator (FBO) facility and supportive infrastructure. We are hiring a hands-on Property Manager to oversee daily operations and support our long-term vision as a vibrant aviation hub.
