Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and direct clients and visitors.
Answer phones and direct calls as needed.
Take Messages
Accurately Enter Invoices
Perform data entry and filing tasks.
Schedule service calls
Backup for service weekly billing
Keeping business licenses valid.
Complete AR aging report weekly.
Perform other clerical or administrative duties as assigned.
