Command the service schedule like a seasoned air traffic controller.
Talk to customers like a pro—clear, kind, confident.
Review jobs, quote work, and make dispatching look like art.
Use spreadsheets as your sword—forecast, plan, track.
Train the greenhorns and hold your techs to a high bar.
Solve electrical puzzles with the insight of a journeyman.
What You Bring:
Fluent in ServiceTitan and ServiceChannel, or be very good at computers and picking it up.
Mac or PC? Doesn’t matter—you’re fast on both.
Electrical experience? Yes. Whether field or office, you understand the work.
Dispatching instincts—when to push, when to pull back.
Excel wizardry. Pivot tables? VLOOKUP? Conditional formatting? Easy.
A calm voice in a noisy storm. You bring order, not drama.
