We are a fast-growing manufacturing company looking for a receptionist to answer the phones, provide backup for customer service calls, while providing excellent customer service.
We have a small company, and everyone wears a lot of hats, making the work both fun and challenging at the same time. Duties, in addition to the above, include learning our products, interacting with customers, performing order entry, sorting, and distributing mail, filing, conveying messages, and maintaining the break and conference rooms. The ideal candidate will have general office experience, strong communication skills, excellent grammar (both spoken and written), and attention to detail. He/she must be punctual, maintain a positive attitude, have reliable transportation and be willing to learn and grow in the role. QuickBooks and Excel are a plus but not a requirement. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 8-5 with a starting wage of $19 hour depending on experience. Benefits include holiday and vacation pay, 401K and insurance available.
