We are seeking a compassionate, insightful, and ethically grounded Psychology Consultant. This role requires a person with a deep understanding of human behavior, strong empathy skills, and a proven commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will be trauma-informed and dedicated to helping individuals grow, heal, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide psychological insights and consultation - diagnostics will be required from an independent un-biased expert who will review victim testimony;
Apply trauma-informed approaches to understand client needs and deliver appropriate diagnosis.
Promote mental wellness through empathy, cultural sensitivity, and ethical psychological practices.
Attention to human rights and psychological safety.
Collaborate with diverse populations while remaining unbiased and inclusive.
Offer recommendations based on sound psychological principles and current best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field (required).
Licensure in any U.S. state (preferred).
Demonstrated training or experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Knowledge of human rights frameworks and trauma-informed care.
Exceptional empathy, listening skills, and the ability to remain objective and nonjudgmental.
Passion for supporting individual and group growth and well-being.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in consulting, coaching, or mental health support roles involving trafficked trauma survivors.
Multicultural competence and comfort working with diverse populations to eliminate sexist bias against women and hate culture.
Careful truthful honest communication skills and ethical decision-making.
