Automotive & Rental Truck shop is seeking an Office Assistant
As the Office Assistant at AAMCO Transmissions of Arvada, you will play a crucial role in smooth and efficient operations of the transmission shop. This position requires a blend of administrative prowess, and customer service. We are looking to fill this position A.S.
A.P.
Responsibilities:
● Greet customers and assist with inquiries both in person and over the phone. ● Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering the phones, responding to emails, handling customer inquiries and filing.
● Oversee organization of shop paperwork and maintain accurate record of customers vehicles.
● Communicate with shop owner on a daily basis
● Uphold shop standards of professionalism and customer service.
● Other miscellaneous office duties such as running errands and keeping the office clean. ● Assist with Budget truck rentals
○ Maintain inventory
○ Rental of trucks
○ File report to corporate office
Requirements:
● Exhibit strength in these categories:
○ Ability to multitask

○ Customer service
○ Communication both written and verbal
○ Proficiency with computers and basic office equipment
○ Organizational skills and attention to detail
○ Knowledge of auto industry a plus
○ Dependable and trustworthy a must
Pay Range:
● $18.00-$21.00/hr depending on skills
Hours:
● Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm
