Work from home position. Need a computer, smartphone, and fast internet connection. Able to do basic bookkeeping, text messaging, and phone answering. Bookkeeping involves allocating transactions and printing reports. About 5 hrs a month for bookkeeping.
Messaging involves texting for Airbnb host. Requires ability to respond within 30 minutes to texts from 8am to 9pm 4 days per week. Typically there are about 40 messages a day and each takes about 1 minute mostly using memorized scripts. Requires judgment in screening potential guests. Need to answer guests emergency calls about 10 minutes per week. Estimate about 5 hrs per month for Bookkeeping, 8 hrs for Messaging. At $20/per hr, that would be @ $300 per month.
