Job Duties:
You will support our senior and project leads with their client workload
Projects can include preparing filings for local, state and federal agencies for oil and gas locations, wells, and flowlines
Tracking, filing, and organizing all submittals based on internal and client needs
Review and analyze rules and regulations in multiple states
Prepare/update Standard Operating Procedures for new projects
Provide daily, weekly, monthly updates on projects both internally and to clients
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree – preferred (several years work experience may substitute)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment, flexible with the demands of a growing company.
Proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Work Schedule:
Flexibility based on client needs
Typical Team Hours 7am - 5pm (8-hour workday), Full-Time employees are expected to maintain 40-hours per week.
Part-Time Employees need to commit to at least 25 hrs per week with a set availability during normal business hours. (Schedule/Flexibility to be approved by management)
Currently a remote work from home position, some time may be required in local client’s office(s)
Equipment Provided: Laptop, Docking station, Monitors, Office Phone, etc.
Compensation: (Part-Time Employee - some benefits may not be eligible and/or be prorated based on average hours worked)
Entry Level Salary Range $23-$39/hr (Base Salary $48K-81K) (depending on experience)
Non-exempt employee, paid at an Hourly Rate (ability to earn over time)
Holiday Pay (6 National Holidays + 2 Floating Holidays)
PTO (80 hrs accrued annually), increases based on years of service.
Sick (48 hrs accrued annually)
401K, with 3.5% match (eligibility after 1 year)
