Entry-Level Recruiter (Luxury Office Building)

No recruiting or sales experience! No problem!

A leading national provider of oil and gas, power solutions, maintenance, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and engineering. We are looking for recruiters to support our strong customer base. You will assist with executing the recruiting strategy to identify and recruit experienced professionals nationwide for our customers. Responsible for identifying, screening, and interviewing candidates nationwide. The individual will be an expert in creative sourcing strategies and can work in a fun environment balancing multiple openings nationwide.

Key Deliverables:

-Creatively source candidates via diverse strategies including databases, networking, social media, community organizations, cold calling, internet research, colleges, events, and other means.

-Screen candidates for a good fit, availability, interest level, and basic qualifications.

-Excellent time-management and organizational skills are required.

-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet multiple deadlines under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Technical Proficiencies:

-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Apple Product experience is preferred but not required.

Key Details:

-Monday to Friday, office hours (weekends off).

-Full-time, Direct-Hire, W-2 position.

-Compensation: base salary + commission (paid weekly, every Friday).
