Customer Service Representative

Conner Colorado is looking for a CSR (Customer Service Representative) with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. An attitude where our customers can “hear your smile over the phone.” The perfect CSR will be one that takes care of and creates an open, constant, accurate communication with our customers. Excellent communication and computer skills are required. As an hourly employee, you will earn $24.00 per hour with full-time benefits. Hours of operation are M-F, 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Customer Service Representative duties:

Answer and manage incoming phone calls.

Accurately and expeditiously enter incoming customer orders, via phone, email, or other means of communication.

Confirming and inputting accurate information, such as product code, pricing, delivery request dates from customer orders/PO’s into ERP system.

Daily reconciliation of orders received vs orders input.

Provide and track load sheets and delivery slips (BOLs) using ERP.

Update customer information (phone/email/address etc.) and receiving hours using ERP.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information when communicating with customers.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the appropriate time limits and follow-up to ensure resolutions have occurred.

Respond to all customer requests that have occurred during the day before leaving for the day.

Contact all customers in advance of any late deliveries before leaving for the day.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents in ERP

Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Facilitate daily reports from floor leads and provide those reports to management per direction.

Assist in the coordination of meetings, gatherings, and events for customers/guests.

Help in ordering office supplies, tools, and parts as needed.

Assist in the input and tracking of KPI’s for the company.

Other duties as assigned.

Additional skills/duties required:

Ability to work within a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams)

Maintain professionalism, courteous customer service, and excellent communication skills with all customers, vendors, and staff.

Bi-lingual preferred.
