Palmer Polaski PC, an immigration law firm in Denver, CO is looking for a part-time or full-time Administrative Assistant. We offer an enjoyable work environment. Our office hours are M-Th: 8:30AM - 5:00PM. The physical office is closed on Fridays. This position would work in office four days each week.
Duties (not limited to):
Scheduling appointments and consultations;
Receiving payments over the phone;
Answering phones;
Greeting clients;
General office duties, as needed;
Closing files;
Scanning case filings to convert to electronic filing system;
Entering Government mail into internal systems;
Assisting Office Administrator with general office and accounting duties;
Assisting attorneys and paralegals, as needed;
Assisting Client Services Coordinator, as needed.
Ideal candidates will possess the following requirements and qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent;
Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish is a must;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Strong customer service skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task;
Ability to remain calm under pressure;
Professional demeanor;
Reliable, confident, self-motivated;
Working knowledge of telephone systems, computers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, and other office technology, as well as CRM software, and billing and accounting software, and Microsoft Office programs;
Previous law firm experience (preferred but not required).
