Admin Assistant

Admin assistant for Alameda Water & Sanitation District. Working hours will be only Wednesday 8 am to 12 noon so only four hours per week plus possible vacation coverage as needed. Answer phones, A/R, and water and sewer billing. Need experience with customer service, Excel, and Word. Utility billing software experience preferred but not required. Very small office sometimes you will work alone and without direct supervision.
