This position provides mentoring and supervision to individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) while they volunteer at local non-profits and explore their community. The purpose of this work is to facilitate greater community connections and a broadening of job skills for individuals that work at our SustainAbility Recycling facility. The Community Specialist drives a van with a group of 3-6 individuals with IDD to and from volunteer work and community activities.

Mon-Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
