JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Associate – Level III
WORK AREA: Manufacturing
DEPARTMENT: Operations
SUPERVISOR: Manufacturing Manager
STARTING PAY: $19 - $23
HOURS: 6:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday (10-hour days, Friday’s off).

POSITION PURPOSE:
This position requires a cooperative and detail-oriented person who thrives in keeping up with demand and able to work in different roles in the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)
Ensure that all details of a task are accomplished properly.
This position requires both standing and sitting.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis.
Must be able to accomplish and enjoy repetitive workday after day.
Works at different workstations as production needs require.
Works under minimum supervision.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
