Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the gummy production process, ensuring product quality and consistency.
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize production efficiency.
Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure accurate completion of all necessary production paperwork and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
Uphold safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Bilingual: proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in confectionery production, with a focus on gummy manufacturing.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to self-manage and motivate a team.
In-depth understanding of SOPs and the importance of adherence.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without difficulty.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation.
No felony convictions.
Availability to start within one week of job offer.
Commitment to a minimum of one year with the company.
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
