We spend $40K-50K per month generating inbound leads who want to talk about their backyard projects. Currently only about 25% of them end up as appointments. It’s just too much work for one appointment setter at this time.
So 75% are opportunities we need to convert to appointments
We do that by calling and texting until we reach them to qualify them and get them booked for an appointment.
It takes a high level of outbound activity
Right now, we need to double our outbound activity during the best times to reach the customer, evenings and weekends.
That doesn’t limit you to activity during those times, you can reach out all day long if you want to maximize your income. It’s just that first and foremost we need to see focused activity from 5-8PM during the week and at all times on the weekends.
