Small City Park personal injury plaintiff's practice seeking a full-time legal assistant. Prior personal injury litigation experience required. Must be able to work well under pressure and manage a high volume of work independently. Duties include: typing handwritten pleadings, case management from start to finish, handling liens, preparing disclosures and discovery, coordinating depositions, calendaring deadlines, preparation and organization of notebooks for cases, working with experts and trial preparation.
