Well-established law firm in the Denver Tech Center is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have recent plaintiff personal injury experience and have handled cases through trial. Position supports one of the firm's Partners. Great opportunity to join a collegial team at a thriving law firm that recognizes and rewards hard work! Duties & Responsibilities:Handle high-profile cases from inception through trial/settlement. Draft pleadings, disclosures, interrogatories, discovery requests, motions, etc. E-File in Colorado and Federal courts. Conduct investigations, statistical and documentary research. Review and analyze medical records, and prepare medical summaries.Manage case files. Communicate with clients, witnesses, the courts, opposing counsel, and other parties.Perform legal research on statutes, case law, etc. Trial preparation, including jury instructions, exhibit and witness lists, and exhibit notebooks. Attend trial as needed. Summarize depositions, interrogatories and testimony. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably at a plaintiff personal injury law firm. College degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience. Excellent legal writing and document review skills.Experience e-filing with Colorado and Federal Courts.Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and familiar with case management software.Ability to commute to the firm's office location daily.
