We are an active and growing Criminal Defense law firm located in downtown Denver, handling cases throughout Colorado.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person skilled in customer service, hospitality, and sales. This position entails responding to inbound contacts from concerned family members and loved ones, or the clients themselves, who are trying to obtain legal representation.
A qualified candidate will show empathy, compassion and understanding in helping clients throughout the hiring process. You will work closely with our attorneys in setting up initial legal consultations.
Qualifications:
Must have obtained at least a high school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree or above is preferred.
Must have a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
No legal knowledge is required, but aptitude for how the legal process works and the ability to learn quickly is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to type 45 words per minute is preferred.
Two years of experience working in customer service/hospitality/sales preferred.
