Job Description: Warehouse Associate (Order Fulfillment)

ONSITE – 10949 E. Peakview Ave, Centennial CO 80111

Overview

We are seeking an organized candidate to lead the daily tasks in our small order fulfillment warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory control, coordinating tasks, and ensuring efficient and accurate order processing.

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping

- Perform inventory management processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing discrepancies

- Execute daily inventory control procedures, such as cycle counting, solving mysteries and correcting data.

- Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment

- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to team members

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures

- Identify and resolve operational issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., purchasing, sales) to streamline processes and improve efficiency

- Maintain organized and clean warehouse facilities, ensuring proper storage and handling of goods

- Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation as needed

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus

- Work experience in a warehouse, distribution center environment, or order fulfillment environment

- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to both participate and manage a small team

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively and complete tasks by deadline.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, inventory software)

- Familiarity with inventory control techniques, cycle counts, etc.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 45 lbs) and perform physical labor as required

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently

- Effective communication and organizational skills.

- Commitment to safety and adherence to warehouse policies and procedures

Hourly, 35-40 hrs/wk, $20.00/hr DOE.
