Job Summary
Shower Concepts is currently hiring for a full-time Shower Pan Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary person responsible for fabricating our custom foam shower pans, playing a key role in our production process. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual who is over the age of 18, able to read a tape measure accurately, and comfortable working with hand and power tools. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of lifting and standing for extended periods, able to follow directions, and work well as part of a team. Basic English communication skills are required, and while prior construction or fabrication experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. This is a great opportunity to grow with a stable and expanding company. Competitive pay is offered based on experience.
Responsibilities
-Fabricate shower pans according to specifications and production schedules.
-Assemble components using hand tools and power tools in an efficient manner.
-Operate machinery within the assembly line to ensure smooth production flow.
-Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
-Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse as needed, including operating forklifts when required.
-Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise during manufacturing.
Qualifications
-Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
-Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with hand tools and power tools.
-Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.
-Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required.
-Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing production needs.
