Ranch hand/stable manager! LIVE IN

looking for immediate experienced full time Live in ranch manager/stable hand. 16 horse operation. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Work efficiently in all types of weather. Stall cleaning, feeding, turn in, turn out. General maintain of the property. Fences, mowing grass etc. Beautiful barn apartment plus hourly pay of $18.00 an hour. Please no drugs or alcohol. Having beers after your shift is one thing but day drinking is another. Responsiable, hard working need only apply. hours are 630am to 4pm. One hour lunch break. Please when applying, have some kind of experience.
