Now Hiring: Hands-On Property & Project Assistant (Full-Time, Summer – Parker)
We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated person to help with the upkeep and management of our home and 10-acre property just east of Parker. This is a paid, full-time role (40 hrs/week minimum for the summer) with flexible hours and potential to continue longer term for the right person.
You’ll be hands-on with lawn care, light repairs, and property projects—and help coordinate outside contractors when needed. It’s a great role for someone who is handy, organized, independent, and comfortable working around dogs.
What you’ll be doing:
Lawn care, mowing, and landscaping
Light repairs and home maintenance
Coordinating car maintenance
Scheduling and overseeing contractors
Running errands and assisting with property projects
Interacting with and being comfortable around our dogs
What we’re looking for:
Trustworthy, driven, and able to manage tasks without micromanagement
Handy and physically capable of outdoor work
Good communicator and problem-solver
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must love dogs!
Compensation: Hourly or salaried—depending on experience and fit.
