We’re currently seeking 1–2 enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to join our crew as Mover / Packers. If you’re positive, energetic, and ready to lead by example, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Position Overview
As a Mover / Packer, you’ll be part of the front-line team restoring fabric items, furniture, household goods, and electronics affected by smoke, fire, or water damage. No prior restoration experience is required—we’re happy to train the right candidate. Moving, warehouse, or restoration experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with duties including:
Driving cargo vans and/or box trucks (up to 26 ft)
Coordinating field operations and communicating with customers for pick-up and delivery
Packing, handling, and inventorying personal property damaged by fire, water, or mold
Removing affected contents from homes and businesses
Operating on-site cleaning equipment and power tools
Maintaining a high standard of customer service
Reporting any issues or damages to management
Skills & Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Comfortable using basic technology
Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record
Minimum age: 21 years old
Must consent to a criminal background check
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs daily
Physical ability to bend, twist, kneel, and reach above shoulder level

Physical Demands & Work Environment
This role involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 100 lbs occasionally). You’ll regularly handle tools and equipment, and while noise levels are typically low to moderate, the position requires stamina and hands-on physical work.
