Now Hiring: General Laborer – Underground Utility Company

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist crews with the installation of underground conduit for XCEL energy.
-Perform general labor tasks such as potholing, digging, trenching, site cleanup, and material handling.
-Operate hand tools and small equipment as needed.
-Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or incidents immediately.
-Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Requirements:
-Must be drug free and pass a drug screen.
-Have office on the East side of Aurora.
-Must be dependable and punctual.
-Ability to lift 50+ LBS and perform physically demanding work.
-Comfortable working in and around trenches and heavy equipment.
-Prior construction or utility experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right person!
