Garden/Landscaper

Small woman owned company is seeking a talented and dedicated Garden/Landscaper to join our team. We are a reputable gardening and Landscape company committed to creating and maintaining beautiful sustainable outdoor spaces for our clients. We believe in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. This is a hands on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail and passion for horticulture and design, Duties include weeding and mulching landscape beds to maintain plant health and prevent weed growth. Planting new flowers, shrubs, trees and other vegetation to create and enhance landscape designs. Trimming and pruning hedges, shrubs and small trees to maintain their shape and health, Applying pesticides or other treatments to control weeds, insects and diseases, Monitoring and maintaining the health of plants and landscapes addressing any issues promptly. Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and preform strenuous labor for extended periods. Operating and maintaining equipment and tools safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety precautions and company policies while on the job. Valid driver's license and a car are a must. Monday-Friday and sometimes Saturday's if needed.
