Wood Sander Needed
10 hours a week - on one day or can do two 5 hour shifts on different days- $25 an hour paid at the end of of the shift with Zelle or Venmo . Flexible with days and times but must be done between M-F and between 9-6 pm- no weekends.
Small furniture refinishing business - needs a sander who uses a provided orbital sander to take the finish off vintage furniture. It’s boring, repetitive and dirty- will always be the same thing on different pieces. All sanding done outside - in alley driveway. Masks and ear protection provided - outdoor air cooler provided in summer.
$250 a week for 10 hours of work - training and equipment provided- it’s a loud, dirty, hot (cold in winter) job. Sanding is vibrating work so must be okay with that. Business is 18 years old so system is established- and ongoing - no chance for more hours - will always be 10 hours a week. After training you will be left on your own so must be able to work independently and get the job done - super flex boss - need someone trustworthy and can get the pieces done in the time provided- have had men and women do the job so it’s open to all. Some English is preferred but I can work with you if you can bring a translator to the first day of training.

Can start next week and job will last until you decide to leave - most sanders last about 2 years using this as a side gig/ side hustle- no unrealistic expectations and you can expect to be treated kindly and fairly - just be nice, normal, and sober -
1099 position- and liability release will need to be signed.
